Brian McCaffrey earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in New York. Mr. McCaffrey believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues.
In 2008, Mr. McCaffrey began his private practice. Since then, Mr. McCaffrey has helped many families plan their Estates to avoid probate and represented hundreds of clients in State and Federal Courts.
Operating a private practice has allowed Mr. McCaffrey the ability to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of legal practice including, Estate Planning, Probate, Litigation, Contract Negotiation, Real Estate Closings, Civil Litigation and more.
Mr. McCaffrey is active in a number of professional organizations including the Queens Bar Association. He is also admitted to the Eastern and Southern Federal District Courts. Brian treats every client with respect and integrity.

Since joining McCaffrey & Associates in 2011, Cinthia’s mastery of assignments have involved Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation, Loan Modification and Landlord Tenant cases. Armed with a Business Administration, Finance degree and Economics minor, Cinthia is ready to expertly coach clients through financial and legal difficulties and is not afraid to fight for your future.
During her tenure with McCaffrey & Associates, Cinthia has worked on preparing cases for trial, foreclosure settlement conferences, loan modifications, and Bankruptcy hearings.
After graduating from St. John's School of Law, Ramona began her legal career in the Sports industry. Now, she's vigorously litigating for her clientele across the five boroughs in matters involving Foreclosure, Housing, Commercial Contracts, Arbitration, Mediation, and Business Litigation.
