Brian McCaffrey earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in New York. Mr. McCaffrey believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. In 2008, Mr. McCaffrey began his private practice. Since then, Mr. McCaffrey has helped many families plan their Estates to avoid probate and represented hundreds of clients in State and Federal Courts.

Operating a private practice has allowed Mr. McCaffrey the ability to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of legal practice including, Estate Planning, Probate, Litigation, Contract Negotiation, Real Estate Closings, Civil Litigation and more. Mr. McCaffrey is active in a number of professional organizations including the Queens Bar Association. He is also admitted to the Eastern and Southern Federal District Courts. Brian treats every client with respect and integrity.

Dan Harris is Executive Director at Brian McCaffrey Attorney at Law, P.C., a New York civil litigation and debtors’ rights practice with a focus on Estate Planning, Civil Litigation, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and Landlord/Tenant law.

Dan has more than 35 years of real world business experience is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in NY state.

He wrote the book “How To Modify Your Mortgage” and has been interviewed and quoted in numerous articles.

He is an integral part of the Executive Management team at Brian McCaffrey Attorney at Law, P.C. and is focused on Foreclosure Defense, Bankruptcy, Debtors Rights, Court Supervised Loss Mitigation & Loan Modification Programs, New York Real Estate Transactions and more.

Since joining Brian McCaffrey Attorney at Law, P.C. in June, 2011, Cinthia’s assignments have involved Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation, Loan Modification and Landlord Tenant cases. Cinthia was hired by the Law Firm of Brian McCaffrey to manage & coordinate the work of the paralegals and legal assistants.

In addition, her responsibilities include office management, bookkeeping and attorney scheduling. During her tenure with Brian McCaffrey Attorney at Law, P.C., Cinthia has worked on preparing cases for trial, foreclosure settlement conferences and Bankruptcy hearings.

Charmayne joined the firm in 2022 and has quickly integrated into the team, become a part of our family and has a heart of gold. Her ability to render competent compassionate assistance  to our clients has helped our clients understand the process and keep up-to-date with their legal matters.

Anil Sadhani became part of the Brian McCaffrey Attorney at Law, P.C. team in 2012 with a background in the real estate and loss mitigation industries. He brings with him substantial knowledge and insight to our Foreclosure and Bankruptcy cases.

As a legal assistant, Anil is responsible for communicating directly with clients and opposing counsel, document control, closing and opening files, along with plenty of other day to day duties to support the legal staff.

A former client, Linda learned first hand how valuable the services of our firm can be. Today, she helps clients to understand what type of work they can expect from the Firm. She is responsible for communicating with clients, keeping them up-to-date on their legal matters, keeping their files up-to-date and collecting documents and information need for their cases.
